ABchimie offers three dedicated ranges of thermal management solutions—pastes, pads/gels, and elastomers—designed to optimize heat transfer, protect sensitive components, and maintain consistent performance, even under the most demanding operating conditions.

Thermal Pastes – PET 30 / 50 / 70 / 90

Silicone easy to apply (Syringe, jar)
Thermal conductivity from 1 to 4 Wm.K

Excellent cost-effectiveness, low volatility, UL94 VO
Applications: CPU, IGBT, Batteries, Power modules

THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE PADS – CP200 / 400 / 600

Flexible and compressible silicone
Easy to handle and apply manually
High electrical insulation (≥ 10 kV/ mm)

Thermal conductivity from 2 to 6 W/m.K
Thickness up to 20 mm, customizable cuts available
Applications: LED, Converters, Medical, Telecom, 5G

GELS AND GAP-FILLING ELASTOMERS

Thermosink 35-5: soft elastomer that absorbs mechanical stress while providing thermal conductivity up to 3.5 W/m·K.

TCG 200 (thermally conductive gel): available in one-component (1P) or two-component (2P) versions.

Excellent compressibility and thermal resistance
Good electrical insulation (up to 10 kV/mm)

Thermal conductivity: 2 W/m.K
