TROPICALISATION VARNISH SVR99

Tropicalisation varnish SVR99 is a repairable silicone varnish. It is designed to PCB protection, which are subjected to very damp environments.

  • By spray
  • By dip
  • with brush
  • By selective deposit machine

Available in spray form: SVR99 400
Available packaging: in 5L, 25L, 200L

Associated diluent: DVS, Silicone Varnish Diluent

Cleaning diluent: SND

 

FEATURES OF TROPICALISATION VARNISH SVR99 :
  • Excellent adhesion under harsh weather conditions.
  • Excellent surface resistivity.
  • Excellent mold resistance in tropical conditions and to ultraviolet light.
  • Good dielectric properties.
  • Reparability – easily weldable without any danger of toxic gas emission. Can be easily removed with SND solvent.
  • The recommended thickness of this varnish is between 25 and 50µm.
  • Sealable.
  • Approval UL QMJU2 (File E308861).
