Cependant, avec les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, de nouveaux d\u00e9fis sont apparus :<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames<\/strong>\u00a0: Les batteries, les moteurs \u00e9lectriques et les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des chaleurs importantes. Les vernis doivent donc r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et \u00e0 des cycles thermiques plus rigoureux sans perdre leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s protectrices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Haute tension<\/strong>\u00a0: Les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques fonctionnent \u00e0 des tensions beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les vernis doivent offrir une meilleure isolation di\u00e9lectrique pour pr\u00e9venir les arcs \u00e9lectriques et les d\u00e9faillances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vibrations et chocs accrus<\/strong>\u00a0: Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques sont souvent soumis \u00e0 des vibrations et des chocs plus importants. Les vernis doivent maintenir leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle et leur adh\u00e9rence dans ces conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong>\u00a0: L&rsquo;utilisation de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux dans les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, comme ceux des batteries, peut n\u00e9cessiter des vernis compatibles chimiquement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, l&rsquo;industrie des vernis de tropicalisation a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des produits plus performants, tels que :<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Des vernis r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 de plus hautes temp\u00e9ratures:<\/strong> Pendant longtemps l\u2019industrie automobile se satisfaisait de tenue allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 130\u00b0 C ; aujourd\u2019hui il est commun de voir des demandes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 150\u00b0 C continu voir 160\u00b0 C. Cela n\u00e9cessite de formuler de nouveaux vernis r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 ces temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9volution vers la conduite autonome et le confort de conduite font que les v\u00e9hicules d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui sont bard\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9lectronique, soit environ 50% du co\u00fbt final du v\u00e9hicule.
