Aujourd\u2019hui, les vernis de tropicalisation sont n\u00e9cessaires non seulement pour prot\u00e9ger les PCB contre des environnements s\u00e9v\u00e8res (chaleur, brouillard salin, humidit\u00e9\u2026), mais aussi pour augmenter la r\u00e9sistance d\u2019isolement de surface en raison de la r\u00e9duction des espacements entre pistes. Le vernis de tropicalisation apporte une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e en termes de fiabilit\u00e9 des PCB.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le march\u00e9 des vernis de tropicalisation est en constante \u00e9volution en raison des r\u00e9glementations REACH et VOC. Actuellement, la majorit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 utilise des vernis acryliques contenant 80 % de solvants lors de l\u2019application. La r\u00e9glementation sur les COV obligera les grands utilisateurs \u00e0 retraiter tous les solvants extraits, ce qui engendrera un co\u00fbt financier \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9tat actuel du march\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les acryliques, qui repr\u00e9sentent plus de 80 % du march\u00e9, sont des produits monocomposants, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9, faciles \u00e0 appliquer, r\u00e9parables et peu co\u00fbteux. Le secteur automobile est un grand utilisateur de cette chimie. Les vernis acryliques s\u00e8chent uniquement par \u00e9vaporation et sont un m\u00e9lange de polym\u00e8res acryliques et de solvants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis huit ans, ABchimie propose l\u2019AVR80 BA, un vernis acrylique non toxique offrant une tr\u00e8s haute protection tout en respectant l\u2019environnement et les op\u00e9rateurs. L\u2019AVR80 BA est aujourd\u2019hui bien connu et utilis\u00e9 par de nombreux industriels tels qu\u2019Alstom, Schneider, Sagem, Renault, Volvo, Faiveley, SEB, Zodiac, Airbus\u2026 dans diverses applications.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le reste du march\u00e9 utilise :<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Polyur\u00e9thane \u2013 produit monocomposant, tr\u00e8s dur et brillant, avec une forte r\u00e9sistance chimique, donc difficile \u00e0 enlever.<\/li>\n<li>Silicones (\u00e9lastom\u00e8res et r\u00e9sines) \u2013 couvrent une large gamme de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et r\u00e9sistent particuli\u00e8rement aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes \u00e9poxy \u2013 tr\u00e8s durs, souvent bicomposants, offrant une excellente adh\u00e9rence et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019abrasion, pouvant prot\u00e9ger les PCB contre la contrefa\u00e7on.<\/li>\n<li>Vernis aqueux \u2013 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appliqu\u00e9s au pistolet car peu stables en machines de d\u00e9pose. Consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme sans COV, mais avec un temps de s\u00e9chage long. Adapt\u00e9s aux petites s\u00e9ries.<\/li>\n<li>Polym\u00e8res fluorosilanes \u2013 rev\u00eatement ultrafin, transparent, \u00e0 faible viscosit\u00e9 et faible tension de surface, offrant d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes et ol\u00e9ophobes. Certains n\u00e9cessitent une post-polym\u00e9risation.<\/li>\n<li>Paryl\u00e8ne \u2013 rev\u00eatement ultrafin offrant une excellente protection mais limit\u00e9 aux petites s\u00e9ries en raison de son co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Vernis UV \u2013 encore minoritaires mais tr\u00e8s prometteurs pour l\u2019avenir. Les vernis solvant\u00e9s laissent progressivement place aux vernis polym\u00e9risables UV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quelles sont les \u00e9volutions technologiques actuelles ?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Quelles technologies seront utilis\u00e9es ?<\/li>\n<li>Quels investissements seront n\u00e9cessaires ?<\/li>\n<li>La technologie UV semble aujourd\u2019hui la meilleure option, mais en quoi consiste-t-elle et comment fonctionne-t-elle ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les vernis UV 100 % solides sont r\u00e9cemment apparus sur le march\u00e9. Ils sont non inflammables et utilisent une technologie de double polym\u00e9risation :<\/strong><br \/>\nune polym\u00e9risation UV pour les surfaces expos\u00e9es, une polym\u00e9risation secondaire (chaleur ou humidit\u00e9) pour les zones d\u2019ombre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3841\">Moins d\u2019une seconde est n\u00e9cessaire pour la polym\u00e9risation UV. Ces produits sont souples, r\u00e9sistants aux chocs thermiques et pr\u00e9sentent un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique. Ils offrent une excellente r\u00e9sistance chimique, mais sont difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"4105\">La technologie UV est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien connue dans d\u2019autres industries (encres, st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie, composites dentaires). D\u2019autres secteurs suivent progressivement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les grandes entreprises automobiles (Bosch, Continental, Valeo\u2026) utilisent entre 10 et 100 000 litres de vernis par an, ce qui les pousse \u00e0 \u00e9voluer rapidement. Nous estimons que les vernis UV remplaceront les vernis acryliques dans les 10 \u00e0 15 prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de vernis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019ABchimie746UV LED est un syst\u00e8me innovant capable de polym\u00e9riser \u00e0 des \u00e9paisseurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 mm) sans fissuration ni d\u00e9lamination. Il offre une excellente r\u00e9sistance aux chocs thermiques et une adh\u00e9rence exceptionnelle. Les fabricants d\u2019\u00e9quipements d\u00e9veloppent des fours compatibles UV mercure et LED. Samsung propose notamment des solutions industrielles LED compactes et performantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, ces technologies permettent non seulement de prot\u00e9ger les PCB, mais aussi de r\u00e9aliser des fonctions suppl\u00e9mentaires comme le collage ou la protection contre les vibrations avec des r\u00e9sines UV \u00e9paisses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quel avenir ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans les 5 \u00e0 10 prochaines ann\u00e9es, une transition vers les vernis UV et les syst\u00e8mes LED est attendue dans l\u2019automobile. L\u2019industrie continuera temporairement \u00e0 utiliser des vernis acryliques, notamment non toxiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 plus long terme, les vernis UV deviendront dominants, notamment pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de COV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deux grandes tendances du march\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Maintien des vernis non toxiques<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement des vernis UV, surtout en Europe pour les gros consommateurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment assurer fiabilit\u00e9 et robustesse ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des normes comme IPC CC 830, CEI NF EN 61086 et UL permettent d\u2019\u00e9valuer les performances en conditions s\u00e9v\u00e8res.
