TROPICALISATION VARNISH SIL100

SIL100 is a permanent, flexible and transparent tropicalisation varnish. It is solvent-free (Low VOC) and it is designed to answer to harsh environments.

APPLICATIONS OF TROPICALISATION VARNISH SIL100:

• By spray
• With brush
• By dip

For the dip application, it is important to put the bath under inert gas (varnish reacts with ambient moisture).

Available packaging: in 5L, 25L, 200L

FEATURES OF TROPICALISATION VARNISH SIL100 :

• Particularly excellent adhesion on glass epoxy in all weather conditions.
•  Excellent mold resistance, under UV light and under prolonged  tropical air and salt atm
• Utilisation dans une large plage de température (- 60°C à 200°C)
• Matt finish and high surface resistivity
• Good dielectric properties
• Recommended varnish thickness is 25 to 100 microns
• Fluorescent to UV radiation, which allows the control of the varnish layer
